We are not a 24/7 emergency clinic. After 6 PM weeknights, after 1 PM Saturdays, and on Sundays, please call the Veterinary Emergency Center of Richmond (Midlothian Turnpike) at (804) 323-9000 or BluePearl Midlothian at (804) 378-2050. Both are open 24/7 with emergency veterinarians on site.
Parking.
Ample free surface parking is available in the shopping center lot directly in front of our suite. Several spaces are located close to the entrance for clients with carriers, crates, or mobility needs. Please use the suite G entrance on the side of the building.
Nearby landmarks.
We are located on Courthouse Road near Stony Point Fashion Park and just a short drive from Pocahontas State Park. Clients traveling from Midlothian, Bon Air, Brandermill, or Powhatan will find us conveniently situated just off Hull Street Road.
Accessibility.
Our entrance is step-free with level access from the parking lot. All exam rooms are on the ground floor. Please let us know when you call if you need additional assistance — we are happy to accommodate carriers for exotic pets of any size.
