Appointment policy.
We operate on an appointment-only basis. Please call (804) 594-3545 to schedule your visit. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for existing clients, or 15-20 minutes early if you're a new patient so we can complete paperwork and see you as quickly as possible.
Cancellation policy.
We have a $40 late cancellation/no-show fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help other pets stay healthy. Call us at (804) 594-3545 and we will gladly assist you.
Important notice.
Lucks Lane Veterinary Clinic is not a boarding facility. We do not board pets overnight, so please be prepared to pick up your pet before the close of business.
